Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Issues

The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.
The bed proved quite uncomfortable. I found dust on several surfaces, specifically on the bedside lamps and tables. A deposit was unexpectedly charged at check-in. I did not appreciate this surprise.

Excellent Stay
really good roomnice staffrude reception
I liked the room, it was really good. Staff was very nice. I appreciated the food, breakfast was lovely. We even dined in the restaurant one evening.
I booked two rooms. One-bedroom suite with a sofa bed was one. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up, reception said that the room only gets services every three days. Reception was not polite at all.

The hotel is near the University. I was able to attend my wife's convocation ceremony by walk. It's fairly close to the city centre. The hotel seems well located.

The hotel contains full kitchen with all essentials. Equipment are in good condition. Washer and dryer services seem helpful. The room includes a kitchenette to store food.

Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice. It started early, and that was a bonus. I saw people enjoying fresh omelets. I appreciated the excellent breakfast choices.

the room had ample space (i must admit).
The bed proved quite hard and the pillows offered similar resistance, leading to a less than restful night. Was like sleeping on rocks.
